LS1 - Tech,

Yes this is the whole point. If you have the spare change, you can buy Alky with the kit. Or later on buy the matching IC. It all fits with the same kit and all the R&D work is done.

This just isnt going to happen and be affordable at the same time.

Sorry

Once the kit is on with stock manifolds it will surpass your expectations anyways. I've demo'ed the full kit and was blown away. Like Kevin says, most who try it come back giggling like a 12 year old school girl.

Cool stuff! Just want to say that Cartuning has the best customer service I've ever experienced in high performance automotive products. I have had the kit for quite sometime now and am working on a few updates to my car and Kevin is always available and has helped me out a ton!

What kind of power does it put down at 4lbs? Not guesstimates but, actual dyno sheets, vids. I'm liking where this is heading but I'm not liking that LACK of information about this. A little more info would be nice.

What kind of power? Don't know yet. Car will hit the dyno this week.

There is indeed a LACK of information on this Non IC setup as its not been done before and this is the first R&D project on the platform everyone is watching.

Info will be released as soon as I get it.

Until then, watch the Facebook page carefully for updates.

So,

Heres where we are at.

All the hardware is in a functioning well.

The street dynamic tune is complete and we are showing 0 Kr. This was a big concern of our going non ic. However Im please to report Kr is well under control. We are running 91 at this point.

Sometimes we can use the Maf output as a HP predictor, and in this case we are expecting better than anticipated results at the dyno next week.

So this will be the last step in this project, tweaking the final tune on the dyno and getting the final numbers.

At this point im 99.9% sure this is going to make it to the kit stage. All signs look positive.

Cheers

No, this kit will not work with headers.

I just looked at DT headers, There is no work around for them.

Simply return to your stock manifolds.

Fat chance, after all the B.S. we went through to get these damn headers we're not going to give them up that easily, I'm sure the turbo can be modded to work with the headers even if it costs more

There was actually no info put up here. I try to get on facebook as little as possible. It would make sense to post up to date info here on Tech for those who either don't get on facebook or don't have accounts.

I'll stay tuned HERE for updates on this as I am interested and have yet to install my headers.

LS4 DeltaV,

Is this still on the stock transmission? How does it seem to be holding up during your testing?

He posted it as a comment on the video he put up himself, i thought the idea of creating a facebook page for this was a pretty good idea. You dont have to have an account to see it. Either way as you can see above, he updated both...

I figure about 310 on four and 325 on five psig with a hot-air system. I might be interested in this one if that turns out to be the case.
