gxp exhaust help!

gxp exhaust help! Im new to this forum and tried searching for threads first but couldnt find what i was looking for. I have an 06 gxp and all i want to do is replace stock mufflers. Im leaving the cat and res on because i dont want the sound to get raspy and pop alot. But my top 3 choices are 2 slp loudmouth 1 res, 2 borla xr1's sportsman, or 2 powerstick classic chambered 12" med. I want it pretty loud obviously but more importantly deep and smooth with almost no popping. Any advice or videos with these mufflers would be awesome.

Yeah i hear that also but im looking to go with something different and louder. Im really curious how the borla will sound but $300 put on is an expensive gamble for just mufflers. Ive heard the powerstick before just never heard it in place of stock muffler.

Ive got the loudmouth 2 on my gxp I think it sounds nice but there will be drone and a lot I juat have one with the stock cat ill try and get a vid for you might have one around here somewhere

Boomstick.. im in the exact same boat as you.. 
im really interested in how borla will sound too lol but no one has them..and also the SLP they sound good but never heard them on a 5.3. however, i do like the magnaflow catback with a 3' downpipe.. they sound mean. no rasp or crackle at all and its pretty loud. im trying to avoid the rasp just like you

theres a member running the slp loudmouth. if you want that sound just take the mufflers off straight pipe it. thats what i did, but with the magnaflow resonator. if you want it to sound more like the loudmouth, buy the loudmouth resonator and replace your factory resonator with it. then straight pipe it.

sounds like slp is out. its between borla and classic chambered. i know the classic will sound good and its half the price of borla. can someone just lie to me and tell me they heard xr1's on these cars and they sound like *** so i go the safe route haha

The only problem with magnaflow is everybody has them ha im really leaning towards xr1s right now. Still have dod, i just got the car couple weeks ago and i havent had it tuned yet. a video of those bullets would be nice if anyone has one? Once i sell my w7 ill get some new mufflers and other goodies.
