Talking Guess who's back!! Yes, I bought another GXP!

Well folks, I bought another GXP!

I got home last night at around 4AM so I didn't have the energy to post up.

However, This GXP is almost identical to my old one. The body and paint is in almost mint condition. It is a 2006, therefore I have the chrome rings on the interior and the gosh for sacken passenger airbag light!

There are a few things I need to remove/replace.

1. The pinstripe. Someone decided a white pinstripe would look good. It doesnt!
2. The previous owner put 235's all around. I cannot stand my tires being the wrong sizes like that.
3. The climate control lighting has a few bulbs burnt out so the whole panel is just going to be replaced.

Lastly,

I had about $3500 set aside for modification.

On my list currently (Just looking for good prices today!)

1. Magnaflow Catback Exhaust (Magnaflowplus.com has them for $554 shipped!)
2. Lewtune! (Lew, I will be getting ahold of you soon regarding a trinity and or intune app, whichever is better)
3. Cold Air Induction CAI
4. SSC Springs. (I need to do some research and see how many models there are, Ive read there are two with different rates on both?)
5. ?????

With my list as is im sitting at around $1,600-$1,800

Congratulations!! How many miles on it? Transmission status?

Unless it has a modded trans, I'd take some of the remaining money and get the TEP valve body, sonnax converter valve, long seal kit, shift kit, and a trans cooler.

Figure about $450 for the parts and another $500 in labor, and you'll still have cash left over.

Use the code Magnaflow1 at checkout. It takes like $140 off and gives you free shipping.

I compared the pricing to Hottexhaust.com and so far they were the cheapest... (Hott exhaust) you have to enter coupon code "vortex"... on their website.

Thanks for the heads up. I just tried to order the exhaust through them and it said vortex was an invalid coupon. It does say that ClubGP members get a discount. Perhaps I will call them tomorrow and get the scoop on that.
