I wouldn't say the 2V GTs are slow per say. They're a good match for the LT1. They can keep up alright, just not the fastest. You do need to take into consideration that the little 281 is down a full liter of displacement, and is an over-achiever.

I would run your mustang if you where around my area. I have owned a ton of mustangs, the last mustang I had was a 01 cobra procharged, and built intenals, one of the fastest cars that I had. I am saying 2v are slow not all mustangs are slow.

? Why would you want to run a full bolt on Mach 1 with a stock GXP? I didn't say anything about other Mustangs either. If you are saying a 2V is slow compared to blown Mustangs and other built cars than congratulations captain obvious. Saying 14 second cars are "slow as ****" is a pretty dumb thing to say when you're in the performance LS4 section filled with impalla SS, Grand Am, solstice, G6, and GXP people like yourself. If that's the case, is your car "slow as ****" too? My whole point with the videos above was 14 second cars are decent. Slow would be my last video, honda civics, prius' and so forth. Going from a FI Conra to your current "slow as ****" car must have been depressing, but for your own good, don't make claims about these cars being slow when you're one of them and other people in this section are in the same boat. You're destroying your buddies here

Face it, a Mach 1 runs almost dead even with a stock LS1, and you aren't anywhere near stock LS1 times yet.

I will rephrase I think 14 seconds cars are slow, only because ive had 10 and 9 seconds cars, I sold my cobra to fund my new trans am build. And before anyone calls bs I putting together a thread in the drag racing tech section this week.

So far, I count 5 useless posts from you, so even if half of mine are worthless, it's still a bit better than your contribution.

My point is, you won't see any of these LS4 guys going on Ford sites and talking **** because we know that high-13's to mid 14's isn't really all that fast. In fact, in the scheme of things, it's pretty, slow. Especially if it's a so-called pony car like a Mustang that people seem to automatically assume is fast. Now, if you came in here with a new 5.0 or even a Terminator Cobra, I'd still call you troll, but at least you could talk some **** because you'd actually have a fast car and not some joke SN95 powered by a bolt-on 2V boat anchor.

As far as who likes me or not, I'm not really concerned. I've actually contributed something to this community and helped people along the way, and while I may have rubbed a few folks the wrong way, it was usually because they came in here talking **** about stuff they knew little about. Or they were trolls like you.

So, run a long and have fun with your mid-13 second clap-trap. We get the point: You're a smart-guy internet gangsta, but thankfully, you'll soon get bored jacking yourself off in the FWD section of LS1tech and will soon be moving on.
