Default 07 impala ss track time

Went to the track last night for the first time. The best i could manage was a,

14.207 @ 96 MPH with a 1.8 60'.

I was hoping to do a little bit better but i geuss im happy with it. Differential score protection was a problem all afternoon, is there anything i can do to prevent it? or at least limit it? Every single run it would kick in at the launch, even on my 14.2 run.

No i ran woithout it on.

My first run was a 15.646 and i was spinning alot off the start. I think i mashed the pedal to quickley, and i had it in drive.

The second run was a 15.006 and i dont think i mashed iut fast enough. But i did have it in second then flipped up to third after 90.

Where were did you race at last night.

There was another red IMP SS at the track last night where i was at.

The best way to remove most of your score protection or TM is with a programmer.

I go to new york international raceway park (nyirp.com)

it is located about 10 minutes from geneseo, so i would say depending on where you are in buffalo a little over an hour away.

Buff, I drive about an hour to get to the track, you have no excuse now. Kiss the wife's butt, do whatever, but I want some times from your car, esp. since you still have the stock wheels.

Eddie, I ran a 14.539 @ 94.63 w/a 2.3 60'. Seems fine to me.

I wish I lived that close to a track, With no traffic, I am smack dab in between Byron and Union Grove, over 90 minutes to each one. Just no good way to get there from home. If I try to get there after work with rush-hour? Forget it...I am lucky if I get to go once every couple of years.

Capital Raceway, which is fairly close to my mother's house, has a test & tune night on Friday nights.

Average number of cars: 400+ If you get even 1 run in, you are lucky. I need to look around for another track.

I would love to go to Branson in September, but don't know if I will be able to swing that with the wife.

That's where i figured you went. I'll have to make it a point to get there soon. How busy does it get on open track nights?
