No thanks. Insist the retarded person's insurance company REPLACE your 6 week old car.

The loss of value, regardless if it is "fixed like new" will be at least the repair cost, even AFTER repairs. On a car that new, insist on replacement.

When they cry, suggest they not insure people who are dumb enough to run into the back of other cars at 40 miles an hour.

Got my MCSS back from the body shop last Thursday ... $961 worth of damage.

Needed a new bumper cover.

Got to drive a HHR for 4 days!!!! I don't know how people can drive a 4 cylinder. Seats were awful compared to the Monte's.

Back from the lame ... glad the car is back.

I just had one of those (HHR) when my went in for an electrical service.....made my monte feel like a 10-sec car!

Neutral drops at 3k RPMs into Drive are fun!

I would have made them buy it. even if I had to take them to court... you pay that much for a car that will be branded a repaired car for the rest of it's life. we all make mistakes but come on.

you don't need the degraded value

I had some tool take his work truck at an intersection pulled half way out then decided he was not sure if he should go and back into my daily driver while I was honking for him to stop! the dumb idiot looked all shocked. I was pissed!!!!

but figured even though my driver is a very very rare car that took me years to find they would look at the over all shape of the car and say "well it's going to cost more to fix than it's value"

the only good thing about my daily driver is the idiots who take up two stalls near the front of a store get me parking so close they have to climb into there car
