Corny painted his. I painted mine as well, before i installed the SS instead.
I've been working with Ryan at GrafxWerks on the new bowtie overlay. Well, not physically working on it...but i provided the bowtie a long time ago in an effort to get an insert made...and recently threw out the idea for adding the "SS" insert over the bowtie decal before coating it with the Liquidome material. I should be receiving a prototype soon to see what it turns out like.
They should look great when they're done.

Here's the first prototype...

I'll post pics once i get mine.

We got twin cars, eh Jabronie!
One of my Z buddies got his red Z from your dealership.
Thanks for posting the pics ... just the look I wanted. Doing that in the morning tomorrow (today).

I like my car being more sleeperish personally....though, the flow masters kind of give it away. Then again, everyone who gets in it doesn't know it's a V8 and thinks its a 6 heh....they're just not expecting it and not very keen on engine exhaust sounds I guess...

Just got the new bowtie emblem insert from Grafxwerks...pretty nice looking. The SS is a little bit smaller than i had expected, but it's cool looking nonetheless. Now i'm not sure if it goes on the grill or the trunk. The insert is not as thick as the OEM bowtie, so it sits a little recessed, but still looks nice with the chrome trim.
I've only got cameraphone pics that came out terrible, IDKY...but i'll post them anyway until i get my camera from work.

Sorry the pic isn't better...still don't know why it looks so bad. He also sent me a set of bowtie overlays for the wheel center caps. I put them on and they look real good...nice upgrade IMO.
