Is this a good D/D? 2004 Bonneville GXP
I know it's not a LS4, but I came a cross a good deal on one w/ 64k miles on it. It's got the Northstar and it's loaded top to bottom, 18" wheels etc.
Do you guys know if they are reliable and how do these cars manage winters? This is a car I will drive to work all the time and also through newengland winter's.
Let me know what you guys think of these. Thanks.

Funny, I was JUST looking at these on ebay. But yea, I think it would treat you well. They're nice cars. A buddy of mine actually has one for his company car. His private car is an 06 Impala SS and company car a Bonne GXP, can't beat that. Goodluck with it if you decide to pick it up.
This car is actually an x-company car. It looks immaculent though and is priced under KBB. I really have no dealings with this type of car other than the typical S/C 3800's, I'm basically just wondering if realiability and maintenance is about the same as one of those.
I'd love to get a new LS4 FWD, but they are not in my price range yet. If this deal falls through I'll probably end up getting a 4.7 AWD Grand Cherokee. I know those are great in the winter

Another buddy of mine has a AWD Grand Cherokee LTD. with the H.O. 4.7L. I wanted to buy it from him but he decided not to sell then, and I ended up getting the SS. I really like that style GC. I don't much care for the new ones. As far as maintaining the Bonne I'm not sure. Maybe you can find some Caddy guys somewhere to ask about that since they use a Caddy engine. My buddy hasn't had his Bonne GXP long but he hasn't had any trouble. He was finally eligible for a company car since he has to travel alot now and his company now uses Focus' but a guy was retiring that had the GXP so he said he would just take that. I think it worked out for him haha.
