Hogan downpipe vs. ???? hey I'm finally getting myself a aftermarket downpipe and my question is that is there any power gains on the OFF ROAD pipe over the HIGH FLOW CAT. And if there is how much? .....................ps whats the penalty for having a catless exhaust system.

Depending on the state you could fail inspection. I'm sure there is some gain, or else there would be no point in getting one without the cat. Personally I wouldn't get one without.

Between the two...catted or no cat...there would be negligible gains in HP, but a bit more sound. Both can throw a code. Compared to the stock DP, they're both good upgrades.
