intermediate shaft
Went to the stealer ship today. I felt some clicking in my steering wheel they said it was my intermediate shaft, it took them almost 8 hours to do it they said they had to take apart have the car to get to it is this true? and has any body else had this problem
I don't know about the LS4s, but an ISS swap in the 3800s was a pretty simple driveway job. I can't see the bolts on the LS4s being much harder to get to unless something from the larger engine is completely blocking it.
The 1st time I had mine done it was done in a couple hours. The second time they replaced the rack and the ISS and it didnt take a day to do it. Maybe it was the "new guy" working on your car???!?!
