A good tune, catback exhaust, down pipe and a true CAI will put you in the low to mid 13 at least 103 mph with good practice launching. a more difficult bolt on are roller rockers which should give you an extra 2 mph. but you may run into warranty issues with the down pipe and the rockers. the cai and tune you can easily take out. Diablo is a good programmer, you just a need a tuner to help you program it as the standard tune probably is not that great. before you do anything at least get a good tune, cai and catback exhaust.

g8 gt's are too new to find cheap(ish) plus it'll be an even longer wait for the manual transmission.
A used '04 545i 6spd can be found for around 20-25 G's which is still out of my budget but I'll have to see what happens. I might just import a GTO with LS2. (unless I find a tuner who can make the SS fast)
