whats the lowest you will go on the fuel rails? are they new or used, if used how old are they?

ok update. found out today when i had the intake pulled, the piece where your vacuum line hooks up to is broke off. wish i wouldve known this earlier. it can be sold as is at a lower price or i can get it fixed. the guy that installed for me must have done it w/out telling me and rigged something up to make it work. sorry bout this.

want this gone. no need for it anymore. its the rear nipple for the vacuum line. easy fix for someone thats good a fixing stuff. pm me an offer.
