GZ Motorsports Vac pump system Complete with Lines for all LSX motors
sold
Message says it all on this one. I purchased this vac system from GZ motosports ( part#LSXSVPCK110 ) in september of last year to aid in my slight blow-by issue I was having during HEAVY track days.

Why am I selling? I have the A.R.E. stage II oil system installed on my LS7 and will be upgrading to the stage III system with an external pump that feed into my aftermarket Peterson Fluid systems tank. My aftermarket valve covers due not offer enough internal baffleing to keep oil out of the Vac system when the car is on a road course which is where I run the car 90% of the time.
Whats Included? The complete kit from GZM minus the oil fill adaptor since this was going onto an LS7 motor ( available from GZM). Inlcluded with this sale are the following parts to be able to fit to just about ANY LSX system. NOTE: I've replaced the traditional red/blue -AN fittings and braidied hose with ANO TUFF and clear -AN parts to compliment the Aeroquip light weight push lock hose.
1) GZ motorsports C5/C6 vac pump system part#LSXSVPCK110
2) GZ catch can -10AN inlet -8an drain
3) mounting bracket and bushings
4) NEW Gates 210L050 drive belt ( not pictured)
5) NEW Gates 225L050 drive belt (slightly longer) ( not pictured)
6) (1) -10AN Anotuff T
7) (2) -10AN Anotuff pushlock straight ends
8) (1) -8AN clear coat T
9) (5) -8AN clear push lock straight ends
10) Preassembled -10AN hose with -10AN straight end to -10AN 45 degree end ( this one runs from valve cover to pump)
11) Preassembled -10AN hose with -10AN straight end to -10AN 45 degree end ( this one runs from teh pump down to the catch can to be installed at the base of the radiator on teh passenger side)
12) 30" of -10AN Aeroquip push lock hose
13) 24" of -10AN Aeroquip push lock hose
What do you need to install this system? This system will require a few parts to install on your car..
1) the use of the Katech belt tensioner w/o pulley ( not included)

2) The valve cover adaptor if you run the system with the stock valve covers ( non LS7). you can find which valve fits your application here, or just give them a call

What cars does this fit?
although the part # says C5/C6 cars. This system will fit any LSx driven car by changing around the adaptors or a slight bracket modification.
This entire system runs $766 for the GZ kit . I have at least $200 in hose and fittings PLUS the time it took to measure/cut/fit these lines for a precise C6 drop in. PLUS there are a ton of fittings included with this set-up. Use what you need, sell the rest on E-bay...they sell like hotcakes.
