Default ATI D1 with front mount intercooler

D1 Procharger head unit and bracket is a modified from A&A Corvette, intercooler is good for 1000 hp and Reichard 4" blower pulley. The D1 has stepped up internal hear ratio compared to the P1. ATI has a separate oiling system from the engine for lower operating tempatures. A custom 3" mandrel bent charge pipe which will include the tial 50mm blow off valve and silicone connectors. Also included is the custom front mount Intercooler system which is made up of a 20x6x3.5" core. The Intercooler is rated at 1492 CFM (1000hp) which flows more than the charger is rated for.

A&A's Lastest Model Bracket & New Tensioner.
Custom 3" Stainless Charge Pipe
Custom 20x6x3.5 Intercooler Kit * beautiful piece *
Silicone Connectors

I purchased this used and put it on an 2005 CTS-V. Never made more than 1.5 psi due to a broken MAP clip but was within 2 seconds of my C5 Corvette at Mid-Ohio race course. With stock crank pulley I was making positive pressure at 1500 rpms. I drove with the kit for 7,000 miles and did one oil change. There is rust proofing sprayed on IC and piping so it would match my black car. This will fit all LS1/LS6 engines and may fit LS2 and LS3. Just needs fuel injectors, SC oil, and a tune. This a no reserve auction for a great supercharger kit that will give boost in the upper rpm range where turbos do not and that is where you spend most of the time. This could be fitted to GTO or GM trucks 4.8, 5.3, 6.0.

Boxes weigh 35 lbs together and will cost $45 and is ready to ship. Payment via paypal is best.

You'll need injectors, a tune, and ~4" intake off blower inlet/4" off intercooler to throttlebody.

I bought from a C5 owner with a LS2 in it. With bigger crank pulley it ran 10.3 @ 135 mph!

The super charger and bracket were design for the C5 from A&A Corvettes. The intercooler is a custom mount and might require slight modification depending on options.

The Tial 50mm blow off valve sends the 4-cylinder turbos hiding if the V8 growl was not enough.

Higher internal step up than the P1, the D1 can boost over 20 psi.
