Default New Longbock 5.3 w/ ARP and Milled Heads

I have an 01' 5.3 that I just had rebuilt. The motor was vatted and cleaned up, honed, and the crank was polished. All new bearings and new rings have been installed. Heads are 862 casting and have been milled .030" which should put the compression at 10:1. It also has ARP rod bolts installed.

Im looking at getting $1000 for it. I have about $1200 wrapped into the longblock. I also have a few other parts to sell(but will not sell the extra parts unless they are wanted with the motor or after the motor sells)

Brand new 228/232 111 .588 .595 Comp Cam- $300
LS6 Intake w/ fuel rails, injectors, map sensor- $325
Brand New LS6 Valley Cover- $55
and plenty of stock parts.

$1000 Local pick up only (Dallas, Texas)unless buyer arranges all shipping(pick up and delivery).

Shortblock to me is Block, crank, rods, pistons. I would be selling that along with front, rear and valley cover. If you want you could have the stock cam that has been rolling around my floor, just inpsect it before you install it and a flexplate.

To make it functional, you would need heads, intake, oil pan, front accessories.

I have the rest of the parts to almost make a complete engine minus starter, exhaust manifolds and missing three coils.

Ill let the shortblock and covers go for the price of the rebuild if someone local wants to pick it up at the machine shop this week, Id rather not have to pay for it, lol. $700.

I have front, rear and valley covers, flex plate, intake manifold, valve covers and all the front accessories.
