boost activated exhaust cutout

I have a boost activated exhaust cutout, it is built by VES and was bought through ATP here is link to it

Im selling mine for $175. Before i get asked it has about 3500 miles on.

Does it come with a 3" pipe/flange attached to adapt to an existing exhaust (like a normal cutout does?)
