243 castings with patriot extremes

I bought these 243 casting heads and decided to go another route, non sodium valves, bout 20k miles on the heads, the patriot extremes are basically brand new, only used on one start up. $600 shipped

243s have the same specs as 317s if I'm not mistaken aside from a smaller combustion chamber, allowing higher compression
