Fastest NA LS1 in the World
418 CI LS1 with C5R heads
Max effort drag racing motor made just shy of 600 rwhp NA on a mustang dyno. Engine has 15 passes on it and has never missed a beat. 1st pass off the trailer with the combo was a 9.64 and since then has netted a best of 9.27 @ 147mph. Reason for selling: want to build a turbo motor and this combo would not be a starting point.
What is in this motor:
Katech resleeved LS6 block with billett main caps with ARP main studs. Block has bronze bushed lifter bores to solve all oil pressure issues that solid roller LS1 engines have.
Moldex billett crankshaft 4" stroke
GRP 6.250" aluminum rods
Diamond custom Lightweight 15:1 compression gas ported pistons
Isky Custom solid roller tie bar lifters
Cloyes timing set
LSM Gun Drilled Camshaft 833/833 278/284 112 lode sep.
C5R Cylinder heads with titanium valves
Solid roller spings that can support the Cam in the car
titanium locks and retainers
Katech Valve Covers
Jesel solid roller shaft mount rocker assembly
Trend pushrods
Custom sheet metal Intake built by Modern Cylinder Head
Accufab 90 mm throttle body
Mototron 60lb injectors
Pro M 92 mm Mass air meter
Mezeire electric race water pump
Aerospace Components vacuum pump
I'm sure I missed some stuff but you can get the point that no expense was spared when building this Engine and the parts alone cost me right around $25,000 ... If you are looking for a strong running engine at a portion of the cost than this is the Engine for you. The car is still in running condition so you can hear it run one day and have it the next day if you want. I am asking $16,000 for the motor and all the accessories to make it an easy conversion to your car. This motor shattered the NA LS1 record and you could step it up another notch in time.
