Yes you are correct.Stock shifter. No Hydraulics included. Shifts fine doesn't pop out of gear or grind if that is what you mean.
Off an 01 SS so yes they will fit.

hey bro. Are they headers coated and if so do they have a lifetime coating warranty. Im in houston and know your buddy invisable z so let me know and Ill prolly pick them up. Would you take $350 for the headers?
