TRANNY SOLD....STILL HAVE CONVERTER...MAKE OFFER...
Weekend special...I'm taking it out of the car today...$1500 get it all, converter and tranny. For those that can't do math that's over 50% off the brand new price, for stuff that is basically still brand new.
Tranny has approximately 2500 miles on it, and was assembled by the lead transmission tech @ Lawrence Marshall Pontiac GMC on the 610 loop. Tranny consits of the following components:
Rybestos Kevlar Bands
3-4 Clutch, 8 Red Eagle clutches with full thickness Kolene Steels
5 Pinion Planet Gears
Oversize Pressure Valve
13 Vane Pump
Beast Reaction Shell
Hardened Input Shaft
Transgo Stage III modified Valve Body
Performance 1-2 Accumulator Spring
Performance Pump Slide Spring
Servo Valve
Extra Wide Sun Gear Bushing
Exra Wide REar Stator Support Bushing
29 Element Forward Sprag
All new solenoids, and force motor GM
and of course all the basic stuff Billet Servos etc..
Custom Yank PYE 4200 Convertor approx (1500 miles)
Trans was built to handle 600hp/600tq
Trans has 10 passes, and shifts like an absolute dream. This thing will take some serious ****. The Yank was originaly a PYE 3600, and was sent to Mike @ Yank in December for a re-stall. Since re-stall the convertor has not seen any track passes. This combo is great for anyone looking to spray, that is putting out between 500-600 rwhp. I promise you will not be disappointed. Prefer to sale locally in the Houston area.

Yes, I will take $500. Are you local...? We are trying to have it out of the car tonight, or tomorrow at the latest. I kinda got setback this weekend. We had a pipe break in our guest bathroom, so I spent all weekend ripping out sheetrock instead of pulling out the tranny.
Guys if he buys the converter, then I will let the trans go for $1350. That is a hell of a deal. That should leave me with enough to re-build my T-56 core that I have laying here at the shop. Any takers on the trans? I promise this trans kicks ***...

Yes it will still lock up...Custom being that Yank does not make a PYE4200...the highest that they offer in an off the shelf version is 3800. This coverter is built with anti-ballooning plates, so N/A she will stall to around 3400 which is great for street/strip cars. However you spray this bitch out of the hole, and you better hold on. It will flash up to 4200, and Yank the wheels.

1st person with $1600, can come pick this stuff up as a combo deal. This is as low as I can go. If I don't sell it, then I guess I'll just put it into the new car.
