On a stock cubic inch motor horsepower can vary depending on the combination of bolt-ons. it should be in the neighborhood of 490 with a manual transmission. The heads are fully assembled except for rockers. This combination should fit without flycutting the pistons but i do recommend checking beforehand due to the size of the cam. The valves, springs etc. are in good condition. I will see what i can do about getting some pics up here.
