Compression depends on what heads you have, with a 66cc chamber the compression was 10.75:1

I really dont know what a fair price for the shortblock is?

too high compression for me, but i think a fair price for a shortblock is ~$3k + whatever the heads are worth. since yours is used and burning oil... i dunno. whatever people are willing to pay, i guess. gl.

Erik at HPE said they would take care of the motor for me. I just never had time space means money what ever to get motor out boxed and crated. I sold my car buyer only wanted shell so now motor is pulled and sitting on a pallet.
