i've got a pending sale on this, but i figured i'd post it up incase it falls through.
it's a 4lb powerdyne that includes the blower, brackets, brand new belt and tensioner pulley (less than 100 miles on both) and all the tubing and clamps that are required to set it up the way that i've done it. (i've routed the air intake from behind the driver's side fog light where the air pump was) i still have the outlet that mounts in the stock airlid if you want to use the lid. i do not have the flexible "dryer" hose that runs from the airbox to the blower inlet, though.
i actually picked up 1/2 a pound of boost using the open element filter behind the fog light.
the only things that you would have to purchase would be the pusher fans and maybe some injectors but i think the stockers would be ok. not sure, though.
i'll also be including a 3 gauge a-pillar pod with boost and a/f ratio gauges. i never got around to getting the fuel pressure gauge.
i took the unit apart about 2 months ago and the belt is in perfect condition and i replaced a bearing that was dragging a bit.
i'm asking $1600 for everything. if you have any ??? pm me or post up.
i can email pics if anyone's interested
thanks
mac

How much power can you get out of this in a 400 plus CI motor and how many pounds of boost will this handle?

thanks for the words BROKEN!!! i almost forgot about that race with your brother! it was a sweet one...
crazylane- never had it dynoed but i'm guessing around 390-400ish. maybe a bit more??? all that i have is the blower and mac shorties with a dumped exhaust. i would compare it to running a little less than a 100 shot of N2O. it's really close to what my last Z did on a 100. i'm basing that on running my buddies cammed and headed Z.
thanks for the input Cannons... i was kinda thinkin that with a little traction it would run a really low 12 at the track... my clutch was crap and i couldn't run it, though...
01 Berger... pics on the way...
Raben- honestly, i'm not sure if this blower would support the needs of a decent 400 ci motor. i read somewhere that some people have gone up to 9 lbs on these blowers, but the reliability is gone in doing so... 6 lbs. is probably all they are good for reliably.
