LS1 T56 for sale (itself or complete package for 60s conversion) LS1 T56 rebuilt by T56rebuilds.com
The tranny has less than 1700 miles in my 66 Chevelle, but a medical condition forces a switch to an automatic. The tranny is adult driven, not raced, only cruising. My loss is your gain and no one is better than T56rebuilds.com when it comes to servicing these tranny's. Here is the T56 description quoted directly from their site:
Package #4A: Core Transmission, New 1-2 Slider, New 3-4 Slider, New 5/6 Slider, New Reverse Slider, New Mainshaft, New 1-6 Gears (Depending on Core condition) Carbon Fiber Synchros, 3/4 Billet Keys, Steel 3-4 Fork, Bronze Fork Pads for 1-4 Forks, New Bearing and Labor
I'll let the T56 go by itself for $1800obo or the entire setup for 60s A- or F- body conversion including T56,Mcleod SFI Bell, Clutch, PP, ATS Hyd., 454 flywheel, and driveshaft, hardware, etc. for $3700obo.
The setup is still in the car if anyone was close and wanted to drive it or have someone stop by to see it. I am in Madison, MS and could meet someone if possible to save shipping costs.

I have 4L60E automatic transmission I would be very interested in trading you. It has less than 5 K miles on it, never raced, fully built. I also have a TH-350... Please let me know any interest. I want to switch my A4 car to M6... and is my only reason for change.

I also have a fully built 4L60E with absolutely no miles on it, Its been sitting for about 2 months because after I had bought it I decided my cars not made for the track and I want a 6spd for numerous other reasons,...I also have a completely fresh 0 mile Vigilante 3200 converter I will add. Let me know.

Sorry guys, no trades for autos. I have already aquired a 2004r for the car. I did look at a 4L60/4L80, but determined I would need a controller for the trans so I went with the 2004r.
Dimetrader, make me an offer on it if you are really interested. We might be able to work something out.
