*FS* AFR 205 59cc
-1 set of AFR 205 heads milled to 59cc. The heads were used for 1,200 miles. I have to invoice where they were sent back to AFR to refresh them and replace any of the soft tip valves. They come with the brand new Patriot "Gold" spring kit good to .650 lift. It does not show the springs in the pics because they have not arrived to my door yet. *$2,000 + we split the paypal fee
I havent bought or sold many things here on this board but I definantly have over on Corvetteforum.
Thanks
Chris

If they were priced lower they would go quick - if that's your goal...
Obviously you bought these used and then you personally only used them for 1200 miles?
Cause I sure know that valves don't go bad in 1200 miles

No I bought them from a automotive engineer at Virginia Tech. He used them for 1200 miles and sent them back because AFR heads had "soft valve tip" problems a while back.

That's the first I ever heard of AFR having trouble with valves - I sure wouldn't have expected that from them. Do you know what mfg. valves they were using when this happened?
