they are in good shape. I dont know how to go about shipping on wheels and tires but i am sure it can be done. i have shipped tires by themselves but never wheels and tires. I am open to opinions on how to ship these.

You can ship them via UPS
I received a set of four wheels and tires from Tire Rack.
They came as 2 pkges.
Cut out cardboard the size of the tire and place 2 or three sheets on bottom, top and between 2 tires tires and wheels stacked.
Mine came with plastic banding material to hold the tire in places with 2-3 sheets of heavy cardboard between the tires and on each end when stacked. Next each pkg was shrinkwrapped.
They didn't have cardboard wrapped circular around the facing of each package - just shrink wrap to protect the tread facing, but you could cut cardboard and wrap circularly around the tires as well and then wrap each package with shrink wrap. This will protect the tread from rubbing from other boxes packed and stacked with the tire packages.
You are less like to have damage with UPS compared to FED Ex ground or regular ltl carries. FED Ex ground and ltl carriers haul all kinds of freight much of it not packaged and exposed and it can damage your packages compared to the boxed freight that UPS hauls.
Not trying to knock ltl carriers but you will get less damage with boxed freight compared to freight that is not packaged or boxed - exposed steel and machinery for example that ltl carriers will accept and haul.
