Wheels are chrome Ruff Racing R280's 19x8.5" front 19x9.5" rear mounted on Nankang Ultra Sport NS-II 245/35 front 275/35 rear. Wheels and tires were bought brand new by me back in April of this year. The wheels still look new and there are no scratches or curb marks. Tires have less than 3,000 miles on them and have never seen one burnout. Plenty of tread left and I can measure and take a picture of a nickel in the tread if anyone wants. Here is a picture that shows the 3" lip in the rear:

Seeing as how these are $2000 + shipping new, I think $1500 shipped (in the lower 48 states) is fair considering these are only 7 months old and are in like new condition. I may consider taking less, so if you have a number in mind throw out an offer. Keep in mind these aren't the easiest wheels to find, and shipping these will not be cheap.

I need a set of wheels/tires for the track. I was hoping to be able to keep these and get those also, but I don't have any extra money for new wheels/tires right now and I don't want any more credit card debt so I have to sell the 19s.

Yes and yes. However, the only wheels I would consider would be either polished ZR-1s, TT2s, or Prostars. And I would need a set, not just the rears. I will take some pictures for you.
