specs 228/228 588/588 /112 lsa run for 5000 miles and went to ms4 need to sell 225.00 + shipping

what are the numbers on the cam? interested but a little short on the 225 right now until feb 1...lol. damn it. trying to sell some truck parts myself. numbers on cam anyway...please...pm sent, rob.
