Ms3 237/242 .603 .609 113 +1 Lsa I had two but ones sold. The 113 is no longer available but the 112+2 I still have.
MS3 on a 112+2--$295 shipped + 3% if using paypal.

There have been many posts about it. It will fit the PTV is just way too close and its not on the safe side unless you get the valve sunk farther into the head. And yeah, Im sure that cam works fine on stock heads, because they arent milled, and the valves on the LS6 I believe are smaller than the 5.3's allowing for more clearance.
