Default Price reduced-New 370ci Iron Short Block

This engine was built and designed by BES in St. Lion,IN, winner of the Engine Masters Challenge for the last two years running ,so buy with confidence. Pics are not currently available as this engine is at BES waiting for shipment. This engine is ready for your heads and oil pan and was designed and built for high rpm and built with a 400 shot of N2O in mind. I have ran into another oppurtunity that is taking me another direction otherwise I wouldnt be selling this engine. Unlike many other LS based short blocks this engine will come with all engine covers but the oil pan due to the many different applications for this type of build. The details of this build are as follows:

370 cubic inch Iron LQ9 Block
-Ross Pistons 12:1 Compression Custom Nitrous Pistons
-Eagle LS1 6.125 Rods
-King Race Rod Bearings
-Custom Comp Cams Spec'd by BES
257/257 .630/.630 112lsa
-Clevite Race Main Bearings
-Clevite Race Cam Bearings
-Stock Polished and stress relieved LQ9 crank
-***Includes Front, rear and Valley covers****

If any technical questions are needed answered please contact myself via mail or Brian at BES(812-576-2371).

Asking $3000 plus shipping.

Where are you located? What would the compression be if I were to use my LS6 stage II heads with 59cc chambers? Looking for something that would work with 93 octane. Thanks,
Ken

Sorry I didnt answer Ken I didn't get a notification. This will definitely be over 12:1 with 59cc Comb. Chamber and probably wont work with pump gas. You could use a thicker cometic gasket to aleviate some compression though. I am located in Franklin,OH and the Engine is at BES in St.Lion.

He said that a 59cc head would be over 12-1 so even a big C head like a LQ9 which is 64cc will prolly still be about 12-1. Maybe a pt less. Maybe with a 64cc head and a GM MLS head gasket you could get close. GL man

John
lq heads are 72 cc

I'm in the market but thats more compression and cam than I'd want in my daily. That and my 10 bolt finally let go so $ is going toward that now.

Bump for a good deal.
