how many miles/passes are on it how much hp was your application and is it warped or damaged in any way that will not be fixed with a new friction plate?

Actually.. No passes. It was my daily driver and I never really made it out to the track after.

The car has a ls6 intake, slp long tubes, no cats thru a flow master merge collector. The flywheel was used with a spec Stage 1 clutch. Only reason it had any trouble was the slave leaking fluid on the clutch.
