Default A 383 OR 355 supercharged?

I'm debating between a 383 or a 355 for my setup and need some advice.

I have a 195cc AFR heads, LT4 intake and a vortech supercharger/intercooler, 42lbs injectors and everything ready to install, just need to decide between a 383 or a 355.

Here are the specs of the 355 :

Brand new stock GM crank
Scat forged I-beams with arp 2000 bolts
SRP -24cc dished(low compression) forged pistons .030 over
plasma-moly piston rings gapped for boost
all clevite H-bearings
arp 2 bolt main studs
It's setup for 12-15 PSI.

My goal is to reach 600 WHP. Do you think this 355 would get me there or I will need a 383. Give me some advice on a 383 build if you think this 355 wouldn't do it.

383 > 355

IMO - If i was building a 383 for boost. Forged 8:1 compression and a blower that can handle 20psi on a daily basis..

Stick with the 355 then. With a 383 you're going to need a BIG blower that can handle lots of psi.

S trim? Doesn't put out enough cfm to support big power with a 383. It would be a waste.

355 can deffinately make the power you want. This lil 355 made 754/747 running out of fuel.
