I spoke with Ron at Ai and he said Trick Flow has yet to give out any pricing on these as well as send any production runs. The heads AI have were a test run/first batch/prototype.. What ever you want to call them.

It's just that I was hoping for something a little more radical, seeing how it's a 21 degree head and all. There are plenty of the small runner 23 degree heads out there for those looking to go semi-mild on their build.

I keep hoping for a 18 or 21 degree head with a decent runner volume (215+) that flows 300+cfm out of the box. Something of this nature would prompt me to spend another pile of cash on a more hardcore build.

All that said... still can't wait to see real world results on this head!

Who knows, maybe Trickflow will step it up on their next head design.

Or make a larger runner version of this head, most companies can atleast offer a few choices in port volume.

Have a 220-230cc casting here fresh off a SF600 flowbench, looks as promising as we hopped it to be. Std location valvetrain bolton, lets just say the LSx casting we were only hoping to get close too, finally caught the LTx casting at .600" lift.

Email me and I can get you some stuff. Its on an older semi stingy bench, an AFR225 LSx for example goes 310 cfm +-, and they are good head capable of making great power

So the 21* TFS heads can be ported from 185cc to a nearly 230cc intake port? They are also flowing 310+? That sounds like they would be a great voice for big cubes ported then?

No offense, but this thread is about the 21* castings. We've seen that the 23* castings can be ported out to 220+cc and can flow over 300 cfm, I think most of us want to know the potential of those castings. Any info about the potential of the 21* castings?

I assume you have a set of these? I figured they could be ported larger than 203cc, even stock heads can be ported to 205-208cc and the 23* TFS over 220cc. Or is that just what your set is?
