#24
If you guys are interrested, I will post up a step-by-step on my next build (coming soon I hope). I just have to work with the kids to finish our current stock internals project first.

That is really sweet! I started on my wiring last night. Took me a hour and a half just to get all the tape off and re-ziptie it to hold its form till i know what everything is. Its pretty freaky, i keep thinking to myself "this car is never gonna run again!!" lol And i havent even started on the pcm part, still doin the bcm. SO far i got all the stearo wires and air bag wires out. Like Darren said, this is "race car" stuff so most of you guys would not go this far. Im still keeping turn signals and brake lights to drive on the streets but thats as far as im going, everything else is gone.

That's awesome , im getting ready to completely disassemble my 96 Trans Am (Changing color , installing a cage etc. taking out the entire dash in favor of a VFN Fiberglass dash. I wanted to get rid of everything in the stock wiring harness. This is a great alternative.

Now I have done my share of weight savings - I got the fiberglass hood, tubular suspension, no back seats, AC delete pully, removed air pump, getting a k-member, etc...but I draw the line at my radio, I need my tunes LOL.
How far you've come from wanting to keep it "Basically stock" and just bolt-ons .

You have a PM on the delete plate.
