Default LT1 will not Start..No Spark..Need help.

Hello,
I need help with a no spark problem..
Here is the story. (Brothers car) 1994 Camaro Z28 145K mls.
My brother lost control of the car when it snowed in Houston last week. lol
Damage was minimal as he was going very slow. Bent the front bumper bad enough to get it replace. Next day brother goes out and buys a replacement bumper, takes the old one out, puts the new one in. Problem fixed...
Day after that, he starts the car heads to work, about two-three miles down the road he hears a small pop, then the car dies he pulls over and tries to crank it over again, No Luck... Car wants to crank over but it's missing something (spark) I took off one of the plug wires to check if there was spark (nothing there)
So I tought it was the Opti spark and Coil. (replaced those two parts) still nothing. Plugs and wires were replaced a month ago.
Check Fuses (all good)
Replaced battery (Nothing)
I can hear the fuel pump working (so I dont think that is it)
Crank the engine and the springs move (so I dont think its the Chain)
Had the Ignition control Module checked (its working)
I really dont know where to go from here. Replacing the Computer???
Does chevy have a Fuel Cut off switch on these cars? Did not bother to check since I thought Ford was the only one that has it???
Any help is appreciated...

get an injector pulse light hook it to an injector and crank the motor if your nothing geetting anything through that my guess would be the computer but thats just a stab in the dark...

are you sure your not getting spark??? have you taken the # 1 plug out and had a buddy (your brother) crank the motor? also it still could be the fuel...you never know...

I want to say it sounds electrical, eventhough you checked all the Fuses and everything..did you check the ones in the Car too?

Did not take the #1 plug I think it was the #7 plug, does it have to be the #1 plug? I will take the fuel filter out and replace it later today..
But I thought it should have spark even if its not getting fuel?

I am leaning towards an electrical problem also...I did check the ones inside the car..
I dont think he took off any electrical wires when he changed the bumper that could cause this problem. The only thing he took off was the headlights, fog lights and signal lights, but they are all working fine. Could a bad wire on one of these lights cause this?

auto zone probably really can t check the icm.....either way the icm is right above the coil and there are multiple wires attached to that ground check to make sure its tight and check the wires for breaks or bad ground wire...also check right behind the battery follow the power wire coming off the batt....you will see a little power block with other wires attached make that both sides of the 10mm nuts are tight..if they come loose no power and faulty pcm readings...make sure opti is plugged in and crank sensor......there is also behind the intake you will find a nipple off the fuel rail you must push it down with a pen or so and make sure that you get fuel out that rail....

Thanks for the info.
I have checked the battery wires and ground wires next to the coil and everything looked ok. I have also tried 3 diff batteries and replaced the screws that connect to the battery. I have also replaced the opti cap and rotor. I have replaced the fuel filter and checked if fuel is getting to the fuel rails and it is fine.
*Can the crank sensor cause no spark issue?*
*What about the Khock Sensor?*
**How can I check if the ECM is bad without buying a new one and replacing it?**

no just pull off the knee panel under the steering wheel, take the 3 bolts off the floor take the 2 bolts out of the v shaped thing and the 2 bolts out of the colum. it will drop down the switch sits on top. has two pretty small screws holding it in and make sure you look and see how everything is together. its easy to figure out
