Default Where can I find a good Timing Set Up?

I am in the process of doing a top end swap, and I was gonna run a GM Extreme Duty Timing Set Up but it will only work for 95 and up cars. Where could I find a good set up? Ive seen EBay ones but I dont really trust EBay stuff.

I just used a new GM stock chain and sprocket. They are not really known to fail on
LT1s. Truthfully I never even heard of one failing.
