Yeah believe me I know, I gave my friend with the 00 Camaro SS SLP the same **** for doing it... He had a perfectly good Eagle F1's and threw them away... I was so pissed... I woulda taken those!

how do the jegs "prostars" look side by side next to a weld prostar rim? are they identical looking? like can u buy the jegs wheels and run weld center caps. i really dont want my rims saying jegs on them. lol

Agree on looking for a used set, i picked up a set of 15x8's with 28x10.50 ET drags with a good ammount of tread left, and a set of comp eng drag rear shocks for $225. Now i just need to find a set of used greg welds with et fronts....

well, i really think it depends on your plans for the car, if you are going to still be seeing a lot of street driving and will be driving to the track i'd get the rears and keep your track tires on them, and swap them before rolling over to the track. However if you already have a good set of track tires on the rear and either dont see much street action or dont mind driving them on the street then i'd do the fronts first. Either way you should make sure you have good rubber on the rear for the track, all your mods and lightening the front wont ammount to anything if you dont have the traction to hook up
