Bought My4th F-Body Today =] (Few Questions)
i bought another camaro today its a M6 and it has 111k miles on it i paid 3500 its pretty clean CAI & brand new Borla W/ high flow cat
some quetions are that when turning the car over to start it sometimes it takes a few sec. of turning before it starts
and sometimes while leave it on while idling it will shut off
giving it gas sometimes also feels a little jerky or like it cuts out maybe?
(could be that its been raining and maybe the CAI is getting some water to it)

it might be cammed. does your car say potato potato potato haha ha ha potato potato? lol if so, you've probably got cam surge and bucking. Also the slow to turn over part sounds like it could be the battery or starter. I'd say battery since you said it cuts off and stuff.
The best thing to do when getting a new car(new to you) do every maintenance thing possible. Change the oil, clean the mass air flow, clean the throttle body, go ahead and put a kn filter on it, change rear diff oil, fuel filter, and blinker fluid and so on. That will be a good start.
