Watch craigslist, ebay, and the boards and keep your fingers crossed. I was able to find a complete box on here a few months ago so they are out there, you just gotta be patient. If you don't want to wait though and don't mind an aftermarket box, suncoast creations makes a box but its prices (something like $300+)

I bought the one from ramairhood. Its made of fiberglass/resiny crap. When it arrived, I spent about an hour sand papering the inside making it smooth an getting all the uneven surfaces out. Felt like, ~$250 should'a got me something that didn't look unfinished. Anyways, got it installed an sealed, but didn't feel much difference from the stock airbox with kn drop-in.

i got really lucky on mine. after i got my hood off ebay, i was browsing the internet googling LT1 WS6 airbox and stumbled across some car board in oklahoma where some guy was asking $150 for a box and couldn't get any takers, so he dropped it to $100. i registered and pm'd him and let him know i wanted it but that i would need it shipped. he came back with $115 shipped and then during the conversation i asked him about the bellow that goes from the TB to the MAF and he said he had one.
so i got the airbox, the bellow, oh and a K&N filter for $115 shipped. my point is there are deals out there on them, you just gotta look for them. This all happaned a little over a year ago (won the hood on ebay for $307.51 in early january. it was an oem WS6 that was a test hood never installed on a car and found the airbox about 2 weeks later, ironically while up in michigan picking up the hood)
as for the all black, that is what i did
I got the whole conversion done for ~ $1250 including painting the roof panel as well as the hood/headlights.
you will also need a MAF wire extension, an AIR hose extension (if you still have AIR) and the screens for the hood. you can get them at www.hawksthirdgenparts.com for $50 shipped for the pair (gm sells them for $95 EACH)

IIRC the SLP box is the same as the pontiac box except that the pontiac box has the pontiac ram air embossed into it.
oh and as for the AIR extension, you don't need a new hose. you can just extend your existing one for around $6. that requires a 3/4 inch heater hose, a 3/4 inch extension barb and some clamps. here's a pic of mine right after i got it back from the body shop. i had the intake painted when the gasket was changed so thats why the intake in this pic is not painted unlike the one in my post above.
you might also want this blockoff plate for where the old airbox was. SLP supposedly still makes it although i was misinformed by a 3rd party vendor when i tied to get one so i paid $43 to get one at a dealer.
