Care to explain why? I'm not doubting you, I just want to know why you feel that way. PCM4Less seems to be on the Speed Density site quite a bit - I figured he knew his stuff, now you have me maybe thinking otherwise.

horrible job time and time again. Customer service is no better. Which is really
too bad since they do such a good job on 94+
The tune they sent me for the LE H/C was so bad the dyno operator refused
to run the car. PCMForless refused to many any changes for me and told me
the car must be broken and it would never run properly until I fixed it. I had
to spend time with a friend and his laptop to tune it on the street until it was
close enough that I just took it to Ed for a proper tune. Ran just fine after that.
In fact, I put down 390rwhp though a 4000 stall on a little 22x/23x cam.
"Broken"
I'm not the only one who feels this way, search around.
IIRC someone recently refered to them as the "McDonald's of the tuning world"
Moral of the story is that Ed has been doing most of my tunes for 10 years
and he's never let me down. I've tried others, been burned, I'm trying to save
you having to learn the hard way.
[EDIT] Following this post, my $157 was refunded by PCMForless.

Wow you actually caught that post? I thought I deleted it pretty quick. I remember asking him not too long ago if he was thinking of dropping his prices to match the competition - I'm surprised it actually happened.

My buddy burning his tune from pcmforless and he tried to contact them for weeks to rectify it. Car wouldn't start the whole time.
Finally Ion sent him a PM and offered to help him out. He sent the PCM to ION and he had it fixed and sent back the same day.
Ion looked at the tune and said they looked like Impala SS tables and that the timing was a little aggressive but would probably work.
LOL I would go with Ion or Ed wright based on my research. From the perspective of a noob, pcmforless looks like they're customer service and tuning needs a little "tuned up"

Ive got a tune from Ion. Will be doing some data logging once I install some boost too.
Great guy to work with. I emailed him on a saturday night, sent me a response on a sunday. Thats almost unheard of in the business world.
Another thing to consider, From what Ive read, which could be hearsay, PCMforless doesnt do well with speed density cars. Which is what pushed me to Madz28 in the first place, and couldnt be happier.
