Default new dyno numbers

just got back from the dyno and wanted to know what you guys think. i have added 1.6rr other than that mods are in sig. it made 272 rwhp 328rwtq on motor. on 125 shot it made 425 rwhp and 503 rwtq. it was on a mustang dyno also.

i figure it make more than that on motor. the last time i ran it. it went 12.8@ 106 with a 2.73 gear

That's a strong running LT1, you should be veryy happy with those times...plus, that's much more important than dyno numbers.

thanks, i aint to worried about hp as long as it runs good.

Yea people always go by "Dyno Numbers" as said I use the Dyno only for Tuning, Its at the track that counts. I had a customer that only made 401 -404 RWHP but dipped into the 11's, Its all about putting it down to the ground! Those are good number for a stock LT1, Mine back in the day only put down 235 RWHP with a "little" mod she put down 648 RWHP

hp seems a little low to me on motor, but i am sure you lost quite a bit through the stall.

awesome times though. killer LT1.

If you are running 12.8's on 2.73's then who really cares what the dyno #'s are lol. The stall could hurt them a little, but the torque #'s were still great!

I agree, it is nice to brag about how much HP you have, but that don't mean **** if you have bad times on the track...Good times my friend, good luck getting to 11.5 or faster!
