Sat. track day came with good results
I got the Strange brakes finished up Friday night and the car out for a little test drive..all seemed good. I did discover I need a little more trimming on the lower a-arms at the track... no damage done though.
The car was ran in full street trim with a race weight of approx 3400
( was 3500 before brakes/spindles)
10.76@124.6
1.41 60 ft
still on the 275/60/15 Radials
I was wanting to go 125mph with this combo before the end of the season and almost did so the first time out
I hope to change a few things and be back out this coming sunday for further testing NA.
I'm very happy with this combo so far considering the stock ported H/I and not being all that light.

Very impressive as always, Larry. I'll see you Sunday at Byron if weather permitting. Is your machine ready to run with some JUICE? I can't wait to see how she does. Too bad my car is still on jackstands and waiting for some parts. I, too would like to set some new times. Anyways, awesome run. See you soon.

thanks everyone
I am more then happy with this setup and now want to keep grabbing more from it
weight wise:
Strange brakes front and rear
PA spindles which use 1st Gen brakes which are lighter then the 4th Gen
manual brake conversion
guess is 100ish lbs and I will try to scale the car again before the next track day
plans before next race day is to put the car in a bit more of race mode :
-pull the catback and run a dump off the Y ( approx 50# loss ).
-pull pass. seat ( 28# loss )
-run a short belt for no PS ( no loss )
-try a 28" ET Drag ( approx 25# loss )
-pull bottle ( 25# loss..was full )
I can not touch the race weight for the shoot out, so I have to find little things to get me closer to the 3100#.
+ we are going to build a new induction hopefully before the weekend which will go over the radiator and into the nose with a large filter. I should see some good air and gains being that I have no bumper support and the grill is wide open. This would be similar to a LS1 setup + a FTRA, but even better.
I am really liking this NA setup and going this fast.
N20 is setup, but need to get it on the dyno to test first

Yes, it fits under my stock hood
Mine is not 100% finished just yet, but it is fully functional as I have been driving around with it. I still need to get it powdercoated before the shootout though.
I learned alot of tricks to making it work over the last month or so, you've helped me plenty with other stuff I've done, so pm me if you want a few tips

About the alt/ps bracket with a sway bar, I won't be much help cause I've ditched the sway bar (and the 18" wheels )
