$209 for Racetronix fuel pump kit
Texas-Speed has same kit looks like for $140
Or i can just buy New Walbro 255 pump for $80.

Lift or no lift, trap door method is easier, and it makes subsequent pump fix/changes much much easier.

I have ordered one from them in the past and just ordered one a couple days ago. IIRC 112 shipped

I went with the racetronix kit too with the extra wiring kit to give more fuel at WOT. i also used the trap door method. i baby my car like always clean it and looks good and all that. and everyone when they talk to me and hear that i used the trap door method call me stupid. but thing is you cant see it because of the carpet. idk sorry just had to get that out. its def alot eaiser to do trap door even if you have a lift.

I just installed the Granetelli kit in my tank and it is probably similar to the Racetronic kit. Includes a Walbro 255 and all the parts to install. Cost $140 from the local speed shop. I did my install with swaping a new tank in about 6 hours on my back in my garage. If you have good air tools it isn't too bad to drop the tank. I would guess if I did it again with a better impact gun I could swap fuel pumps in about 2 hours. You shouldn't have too much trouble using a lift. You just need to support the rear end good so you don't rip the brake lines out.

You are correct on this, it is a lot easier and quicker. I wouldn't call you stupid. If I was just replacing the fuel pump I would have used the trap door method. Like you said you can't see it.

Did the trap door and put new fuel filter on it. It was only the Pump and Seals & the sock. Didn't have the whole assembly. Wanted it fixed today so i bought it instead of the walbro.
Gas gauge don't work at all. Where to get a new Sending Unit without pump?

I think I may need a new pump, and my sending unit is also bad. I replaced my pump a few years ago with a pump from Autozone. My car has only been run on jack stands, but now it won't start and my brother thinks the pump has gone out. I got a quote of approximately 250 on a sending unit the other day from Jason Cromer. That's probably not a bad price, but it still seems crazy. If my pump is bad, I'm not sure what I'm going to use as a replacement this time around.
