Then don't forget your electric waterpump, ported intake, and low millage motor to my stock intake, stock waterpump, and high millage car. True duals aren't worth much if anything over a cutout. Hell I supposidly lost power when I put my duals on over my hooker catback

How did you lose power with TD's and why is your dyno plot so jagged? I dont want to hear that crap cause I am in the process of making some TD's for my ride. FTR my cutout is on the left side of my Borla way back in the back and only gave me about an additional 6RWHP over closed.

Speed: What is going on with your setup from 4.5+ rpm?

Also new built motors typically dyno lower than lighter worn out motors, less weight and frictinal losses. In any case, the torque does come on pretty early in your AI setup, very nice!

LOL! I would have to say our cars are very very even. Both top notch builds, and both show it at the track and dyno, cant really hate on yours because it rips!

I cant beleive you actually lost power going 2 TDs, on average id say another 10-15hp gains are there with. Some say EWP doesnt do squat either.

Lose rotor in the opti, and my intake manifold gaskets weren't seating causing a decent amount of oil to be injested at WOT too.

Thanks yours is one of the stronger LE cars out there and as long as your happy that's all that matters. We also have 2 completly different setup cars (drag racing vs road course) so comparing them is pretty redundant lol.

I said supposidly but I dyno'd on 2 different dyno's so I really don't know, the higest dyno with my gm846 was through the hooker catback though. I also trapped 114 before and 114 after the duals with the current setup. I'm not running the dynomax bullets like everyone else so the mufflers might be hurting me, but I daily drive my car 365 days a year so I couldn't have it be obnoxiously loud. It could also be the extra weight since I ran them out the back, but either way they were worth it for the sound alone.

Speed Demon 24, I use your setup to gauge what my setup will do. I decided awhile ago not to go w/ TRs, and get an EC. Glad to see that you think that it might be the better way to go, makes me feel better for not doing TDs. Should be getting it dynoed soon, I hope.

Don't get me wrong, I love my true duals, but I really didn't gain anything at my old 375 rwhp power level. They might be worth something now but I have no way of testing that.

I tried filming a soundclip myself, but that was kind of hard to do with tire spin and holding the camera means I couldn't shift so its just a 1 gear pull. I may have forgotten to turn off the radio too

i know this forum is for helping people and just talking about fbodys..i dont see any need to bash other companys.. i think its good that people post up times and dyno sheets on their builds it just helps everyone out and makes the companys better

It's one of two things, the bashers/haters either grew up or realized Bad mouthing gets these threads locked. I'm guessing the second portion
