Default New clutch (I wanna go fast)

I just got my car back on the road after about 5 months and have a new clutch but don't really know how long I need to baby it until I can start beating the tar out of it. I'm hoping to run the car at the track this friday. What do you all think?

Depends on the clutch, Ram clutches require no break in. Give whoever made your clutch a call.

That a good Idea The real sad part is I didn't even think of it, So far I have about 100 miles and I've been "beaten" by a neon, bmw, and V-8 jeep. I cant just sit back and not do anything much longer.

Called Zoom and they said no break-in is required. So we'll see how the car does tomarrow. I'm not expecting anything great anyone have a clue what the car will run?

No break in? You're nuts.

Take the time to break it in properly. If it doesn't seat correctly, you'll be the one buying a new one, not Zoom.

I put 500 miles of stop and go on my Spec Stage 3 and Billet flywheel and it powershifts like butter now.
