Ai 230 / 238 take 2 Ok i'm going to try this again. Is anyone running this cam or can AI get a sound clip of this cam and let me know a little about it. I dont want any crap about it being too much cam for a stock short block, or any arguing about stupid crap. I have a 95 formula m6, ported stock heads 2.02 int. 1.6 ext, port matched intake, pacesetter LT's, performance clutch, 4.56 gears, and some blotons with all free mods. Is this cam any good?

I actually just got that cam, I am in the process of installing it right now. Oh and the specs have changed on that cam FYI from what it says on the internet site... it now has a little nore lift and a little lowwer LSA.. the guys at AI said its to make a little more top end power while keeping drivabilty. Mine will be installed soon (can't wait).... I think its the perfect cam for a stock shortblock too.

did you have any track times with that cam?
edit: just saw on another post you spun a rod bearing tuning it...how high were you spinning the motor?
