We're going to be using two pumps in the tank, along with the stock fuel lines. We'll see how far that takes us. Bob

I'm also running two in tanks, I had to go to bigger lines though.

Yeah, the stock lines is going to limit the horsepower for this build to a degree. It still will make all the horsepower our customer is looking to make, and the stock fuel lines will keep his cost down. Bob

Bob on a physical size stand point how much bigger is the F1A over the D1SC? I only bring this up since I have heard that block modification (slight grinding) needs to be done?

Did you guys have to modify anything?

The F-1A has the same 9.00" overall diameter, it is approx .38 longer in length. We've had to do slight block grinding with the P-1SC and the D-1SC as well at times, when using them on the LT1. It only takes a slight amount of grinding that doesn't compromise block strength.
Check this link out. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com....html?item=439 Thanks. Bob

Post those pics here! I'd like to see this as well.

Bob, finally get mine strapped to the dyno in Aug. Been a LONG 3 yrs. LOL. Do you sell the aluminum IC piping now? Want to reduce a little bit of weight myself. Curious to see what numbers he puts out and what psi. Kinda curious as to why I-beam rods though? Clearance perhaps?

Heres a few pics of the stuff from nitroplate

Bob and SRZ the first pic shows the tight bend I use on my inlet to my procharger. Its 4inch and I have a pretty big filter I put on the end, should flow a lot better than the stock procharger piece. Plumbing is all aluminum and weighs next to nothing. 3inch pre intercooler and 4inch after to the TB.

Looks good. I run a similiar 4"inlet piece but I use 4" industrial strength flex hose to a large filter behind the DS wheel well.

The corner that requires grinding using an F1 or larger. Also had to grind the ABS bracket as well.

Dang, I didn't realize it had been that long!

We may start offering the intercooler tubing in alum as an option. It does cut down the tubing weight substantially.

Compstar I-Beam Rods are their new HD Series and are stronger than the H Beam Rods. Bob

HD Series Connecting Rods

Compstar Heavy Duty connecting rods are built for high horsepower, high RPM, big displacement engines. Numerous design features found only on more expensive custom connecting rods have been incorporated into the Compstar HD Rod.As demanded by their High Value design criteria, Compstar engineers carefully examined every square millimeter of these components, leaving nothing to chance. See for yourself :

* Increased material at 45 degrees to the tower in the commonly weak shoulder area
* Parting line footprint increased by 23% provides greater housing bore stability
* Contoured tower flanges and pin end housing
* Added material strengthening the pin collar
* Available with 7/16 diameter ARP L19 cap screws
* Robust cap featuring twin-rib design
* AISI 4340 material

These added features combined with recognized precision by Compstar make the HD connecting rod the best High Value rod in the market today.

The engine is back in the car.

Much of what we can hook up is now done, we're waiting on the intake manifold to come back from the powder coater. Bob

We're getting close. The front mount intercooler is installed and we're in the middle of welding up the polished alum tubing for the system. Thanks for asking. Bob

Getting close! It was interesting IC bracket. Can't wait to see the numbers. Hell, can't wait to see what mine will do in a week or so.

Bob, is that the final resting place for the MSD? That's a tight fit esp when putting the bumper back on, well at least it was for me as I've got a Vac canister down there. I put my box here. She doesn't see rain.
