Get the proper extension or some air tools. I used PB blaster and let it sit overnight on those bolts they will come off w/o breaking.

well, i got that **** off and i broke every single one...i was underneath the car and i almost took a manifold to the face , but all is goood. removed spark plugs and got some ngk iridiums

how high do i gotta lift the car to put the header in from the bottom on the drivers side?

right now the body is about a foot and a half up off the ground from the back of the front tires if that makes sense...thats not high enough is it

I used a pair of 7-ton jack stands under the body in the front and had the back tires sitting on ramps. Car was more than high enough to get the headers in.

well i would put it on a lift. put thats just my two pennies. haha if not just keep jacking it up. if they hit the ground pump the jack a few more times and throw another stand or higher stand or more 2x4s/cinder blocks (in my case) untill they will slid in lol. good luck buddy.

thats what i did. i got like 2 4x4s and one 2x4 underneath each front tire. that wasnt high enough untill i jacked it up all theway the jack could go. that was high enough.

i got the drivers side in but in the process I, uh, got a little spirited and i broke the coolant temperature sensor....so yeah. i didn't know what it was at first so i pulled it out and water started gushing outta the hole all over the spark plug wires. im thinking that when they dry theyll be fine. onbly thing its a little messy underneath the car now. On to autozone for a new one...i need new gaskets anyway, mine where split when they came out and they got bent too...

after that all i gotta do is line the header up with the gasket, bolt it in, reassemble the steering knuckle and put the o2 sensor then its on to the passenger side.....that one looks tougher.
