For the PCM, which is what is sent to PCM4Less is in the engine bay, you should need no more then a 1/4" ratchet and I think a 10mm (dont quote) and a flat head screw driver. If I was infront of my car id check now but I am not.

You need a socket and ratchet. That's it. The PCM is very accessible. It's located on the passenger side rear corner of the engine bay under the windshield to the left of the hood strut. There are two bolts that hold the bracket in, and the PCM will slide out. Once you have it out, disconnect the four colored wire connectors, and you're done.

All you need is a 7mm socket I believe. That will unbolt the PCM holder that bolts to the body. Then you can unclip the holder from the PCM, unclip the 4 electrical plugs (you have to remove the little red retaining clip on each one), and you can slide the PCM right out. You have to pull up on the cowl a little, it's a tight fit, but once you see it, you'll get it.
