yeah it was probably your tranny mount!

Buy a Energy Suspension poly mount it will not break, but you will feel vibrations from the car a bit more. you can get one for like $30 dollars!

all you have to do is use a jack to support and lift the tranny loosen the bolt in the middle of the tranny cross member first jack the tranny up pull out the old mount and put in the new one and tighten it back down!

Put the car on a lift and take a look at the mount.Make sure the nut is tightened securely and the mount is un-damaged.If everything visually looks ok.You can also use a prybar or transmission jack to check for looseness. You also want to check that the crossmember is secure. You are able to purchase one at your local parts store or online vendor.

Jegs or Summit has that one. If youre feelin froggy it would be wise to do the engine mounts too.

You can get the energy suspension tranny mounts at most autozones too for like $25. I've always picked up mine from there. Plus it's good insurance to not have to swap it again. But I've never had vibration issues like some people do.

I just got this too. Whenever I get on it there is a loud bump noise coming from the trans.

I'll have to check the mount.
